En el marco de un proyecto de investigación conjunta entre el Centro ABITA (Università degli Studi di Firenze) y el Laboratorio de Ambiente Humano y Vivienda durante el período febrero- julio 2009, financiado a través de una beca del Gobierno Italiano, se desarrolló una propuesta habitacional para la localidad de Lacugnano en la Comuna de Perugia. Italia. Los objetivos específicos fueron: a. Desarrollar un complejo edilicio adecuado a las diversas pautas de diseño bioclimático y ahorro energético. b. Elaborar criterios de eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad compatibles con sistemas de certificación edilicia, c. Proponer mecanismos de transferencia al medio.
El proyecto integra la nueva estructura urbano-edilicia al contexto ambiental de referencia, considerando los criterios de utilización de los recursos energéticos renovables y factibles de replicar desde los aspectos arquitectónicos, ambientales y tecnológicos.Within the framework of a joint research project between the Centro ABITA (Università degli Studi di Firenze, and the Laboratorio de Ambiente Humano y Vivienda (INCIHUSA-CONICET), financed by the Italian Government, a social housing ensemble project was developed for the location of Lacugnano in the Comuna the Perugia, Italy.
