U ovom radu izrađen je simulacijski model FSB menze. Podaci potrebni za simulaciju prikupljeni su direktnom opservacijom rada menze za vrijeme ručka kada je sustav najopterećeniji. Na temelju prikupljenih podataka, simulacijski model je verificiran i validiran te je simuliran rad i prikazani su rezultati simulacije. S ciljem smanjenja vremena čekanja u sustavu, predložene su dvije modifikacije postojećeg modela te su izrađeni simulacijski modeli za oba slučaja. Nakon simuliranja modificiranih modela, analizirani su dobiveni rezultati te uspoređeni s rezultatima postojećeg sustava kako bi se utvrdili učinci predloženih modifikacija.This paper features a simulation model of FSB canteen. The data required for the simulation was collected by direct observation of the canteen during lunch time when the system is at its busiest. The simulation model was verified and validated based on the collected data. The model and the results of its simulation were presented. In order to reduce the waiting time in the system, two modifications of the existing model were proposed and simulation models were developed for both cases. After simulating the modified models, the obtained results were analyzed and compared with the results of the existing system in order to determine the effects of the proposed modifications
