会议名称:2018全国植物生物学大会 会议时间:2018年10月18-22日 会议地点:中国山东泰安开花因子FY如何调节开花的分子机制一直受到人们关注。之前发现拟南芥FY通过调控开花相 关基因FCA和FLC的选择性多聚腺苷化来参与开花过程。但是,FY如何影响多聚腺苷化位点选择还未见报道。最近在哺乳动物中已报道,CPSF30-WDR33-CPSF160复合体对保守的poly(A)信号AAUAAA具有较高的亲和力。FY就是WDR33在植物的同源蛋白,本研究探讨它是如何识别植物中复杂的poly(A)信号的机制
