Abstract
《悉尼协议》的持续改进理念和要求为高职人才培养质量管理提供了新的思路和范式。高职人才培养质量的持续改进需体现系统性、举证性、及时性和集体性原则。持续改进机制包含了培养目标的PDCA的持续改进循环,毕业要求的PDCA持续改进循环,以及两者的对接关系。通过推进人才培养质量评估内容和过程的标准化、规范化,专业便可循环改进、动态调整人才培养机制,实现质量的持续改进。浙江省哲学社会科学规划课题“创业型高职院校的概念框架和运行逻辑研究”(18NDJC200YB),主持人:郑琼
