甲状腺机能亢进症是一种常见的代谢紊乱性疾病，在成年女性发病率略高于男性。甲亢性心脏病是甲状腺功能亢进的严重并发症之一，是甲亢患者死亡的重要原因之一，直接危及患者的健康和生命。我们课题组在前期关于在甲亢性心脏病条件下心磷脂对甲亢性心脏病的相关研究中发现：甲状腺功能亢进可显著影响心磷脂的表达。我们前期相关实验还通过采用心磷脂酰基转移酶（ALCAT1）敲除小鼠建立甲亢模型，研究发现：甲亢条件下心磷脂含量的增加并不仅仅是甲状腺激素作用下的一个伴随性结果，心磷脂在表达增加的同时，还参与了甲亢性心脏功能的病理变化过程。据文献报道，HDAC9直接调控心脏的生长[1]，在维持心脏正常功能方面具有十分重要的作用...Hyperthyroidism is a common metabolic disorder,the morbidity of hyperthyroidism in man is lower than woman.Hyperthyroid heart disease is a common and serious complication for hyperthyroidism.
