Non-display defect detection of LCD

Abstract

TFT-LCD(ThinFilmTransistor-LiquidCrystaldisplay)广泛用作智能手机、电视面板、电脑等便携电子终端的显示屏,并且市场需求逐年扩大。近年来大尺寸、高分辨、窄边框成为发展趋势,使得其工艺结构愈加复杂,线路尺寸已达到微米量级,传统的裸眼或者电气检测已经无法满足其缺陷检测的要求。自动光学检测凭借其非接触性、速度快、标准一致等优点大大提高检测效率、降低了成本,在液晶屏检测领域展现出很强的竞争优势。 自动光学检测最核心的部分是光学成像系统和图像处理算法,本论文针对TFT-LCD屏背板和面板线路的成像、背板组件缺陷检测和线路粒子压合检测三个问题进行研究,研究内容...TFT-LCD is widely used as smart phone, TV panels and other kinds of display screen, and the demand expand year by year.
