Investigations of down conversion materials used for warm white LEDs and polycrystalline silicon solar cells

Abstract

目前商业化的白光LED主要采用GaN基蓝光LED芯片与YAG:Ce3+黄色荧光粉组合,但该类型LED器件存在白光不够均匀、色温较高、显色指数较低、尤其是存在蓝光太多伤害眼睛等问题,因此并不适用于室内照明。近年来,近紫外光芯片激发三基色荧光粉开发暖白光LED实现室内照片成为一条非常有前景的技术路径。开发高效率,近紫外光激发三基色下转换(本文的下转换指的是满足“Stokes(斯托克斯)”效应的转换,非量子裁剪)荧光粉成为实现该技术路径的关键技术之一;对于单结晶硅太阳电池,由于受其禁带宽度限制,太阳光小于400nm波段的近紫外光不能很好的被利用,因此通过利用近紫外光激发下转换荧光粉来提高晶体硅太阳电...Currently, the commercial white light emitting diodes (W-LEDs) are made using a blue GaN-based chip with a yellow-emitting YAG:Ce3+ phosphors.
