全球化背景下人才的跨国流动日益频繁，中国高校引进海外人才已经成为一种趋势，而海外人才也同样对回国工作抱有强烈的兴趣。在新时期下，国家与高校所关注的不仅局限于吸引海外人才回国工作，更在于他们在回国后能否充分发挥自身的优势与应有的作用。 在此背景之下，本研究选取4所“985工程”高校中20位留学归国学者作为主要研究对象，通过访谈深入了解他们在留学时期与回国后的学术发展经历。本研究试图探寻这些留学归国学者在国外接受学术训练，深受国外学术环境熏陶后，对国内学术环境有何体验与感知，以及他们在国内学术环境下的发展与适应情况。通过他们的亲身经历，我们可以发现国内学术环境中存在的一些问题，以及国家与高校现行...In the context of globalization, the transnational flow of talents is becoming more and more frequent.
