Understanding the effects of water chemistry on the toxicity of copper in an estuarine clam Potamocorbula laevis using the toxicokinetic-toxicodynamic model

Abstract

河口水化学条件复杂多变,其中盐度和溶解性有机质是影响重金属毒性的关键因素。盐度和溶解性有机质不仅会影响重金属的生物有效性和生物累积,还会影响生物的生理,改变生物对重金属的内在敏感度。本论文选用光滑河蓝蛤为作为模式生物,以毒代动力学-毒效动力学模型为框架,结合稳定同位素示踪实验和毒性测试,研究河口水化学条对铜(Cu)生物累积和毒性的影响,获得研究结果如下: (1)盐度对光滑河蓝蛤Cu生物累积和毒性的影响:当Cu浓度较低时(6-9μg/L),在5-30盐度范围内,Cu的吸收速率常数[L/(g∙h)]随盐度上升而显著降低,且可用经验方程“吸收速率常数=1/(1.35+0.116&#87...Water chemistry of estuarine ecosystems is complex and dynamic.
