Abstract

摘要 Polycitorols类生物碱是2005年由Tanaka小组从一种叫Polycitoridae的海洋 海鞘类生物体中分离得到。Polycitorols独特的化学结构及潜在的生物活性引起了 许多研究小组的浓厚兴趣。本论文围绕(±)-polycitorolA的全合成开展研究。 本论文的主要目标是:将实验室最新发展的一氯二茂钛催化的仲酰胺、醛与 活泼烯烃的三组分串联自由基偶联反应方法,应用于天然产物生物碱 (±)-polycitorolA的全合成中构筑氮杂季碳中心;应用氨基甲酸酯的阳极氧化反应, 简便构筑C-2正丁基侧链。论文取得结果如下: 从2-氧代环己烷丙腈2出发,经过9...Abstract The polycitorols alkaloid was isolated by Tanaka and co-workers from a marine ascidian of the family Polycitoridae in 2005.
