Development of catalysts for synthesis of higher alcohols from syngas

Abstract

20世纪30年代开发了合成气转化为醇类的技术,但是直到20世纪70年代末北美石油危机的发生,对该技术的研究才引起人们的重视。从上世纪80年代至今,低碳混合醇合成的研究取得了突破性的进展,但迄今为止,该合成工艺仍存在产物选择性低,加氢产物中甲醇和烃类占比高的问题。本文从多壁碳纳米管(CNTs)负载的Ni-Mo-K氧化物基催化剂入手,研发出一种新型的多功能合成低碳混合醇催化剂,得到以下若干成果: 1.碳纳米管促进合成气制低碳混合醇Ni-Mo-K氧化物基催化剂的研究 用课题组自制的CNTs作为载体,利用共沉淀-等体积浸渍法制备CNTs促进的Ni-Mo-K氧化物基催化剂。实验结果显示,在pH为6....Conversion of syngas to alcohols has been known since the 1930’s, but the study of fuel alternatives attracted attention only until the North American oil crisis of the late 1970’s.
