Study on Co-based Fischer-Tropsch synthesis Catalyst by wet chemical method

Abstract

费托合成煤制油技术是解决原油短缺、响应清洁能源号召的重要技术途径之一。本文主要研究Co费托合成基催化剂,研究内容由两部分组成,一是以SiO2为载体采用浸渍法制备Co/SiO2催化剂,考察不同助剂以及助剂不同含量对载体的修饰作用,结合表征手段,探究助剂对催化剂结构和性能的影响。二是以ZnO为载体采用化学沉淀法制备Co/ZnO催化剂,考察催化剂前驱体沉淀温度和沉淀剂的影响,探究添加Ti助剂对催化剂性能的影响,优化催化剂费托反应工艺条件,考察催化剂的反应稳定性。实验研究结果如下: 1) 以SiO2为载体,分别选择不同助剂Zr、Al、Ti的硝酸盐浸渍修饰SiO2,再浸渍负载活性组分Co从而制得催化剂...Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) technology applied to coal-to-liquids is an efficient solution to crude oil shortage and a significant response to the clean energy development.
