古城保护建设项目由于项目前期的产出不确定性高，参与方极易产生众多矛盾，各方利益的角逐可能促使最终的建设成果丧失了原来前期规划的古城韵味。本文的研究目标是如何有效地在古城建设施工前期进行干系人的沟通与协调管理，实现社会和市政府“古城建设，修旧如旧，有机更新”的要求，为今后类似的古城保护建设工程前期管理提供可参考和借鉴的方法。 本文的研究方法是采用个案分析法，针对漳州古城建设工程施工前出现的问题进行分析和归纳，总结出行之有效的管控机制。研究内容主要是以建设工程的前期管理特征为基础，结合沟通和协调管理理论的发展和现状，分析出古城建设项目前期存在组织架构不合理、缺少反馈、内外部协调渠道混乱、协调路径...Ancient city’s protection development may lose the original feeling at pre-engineering stage, due to the great uncertainty of project output, contradictions and different interests pursued by all participants.
