Abstract

随着社会与经济的发展,知识工作者的出现,劳动力的多元化,组织的虚拟化,工作的远程化等,员工直接或间接的反馈寻求行为的重要性日益凸显。反馈寻求行为对提高绩效有积极影响,鼓励员工主动寻求反馈具有重要意义。反馈寻求行为对员工和组织的影响越来越受到学术界和实践管理者的重视。反馈寻求行为受到个体、工作和情境等多种因素的影响,作用机理复杂。目前,学者虽已证明领导风格能够影响员工反馈寻求行为。但是,现有研究对领导风格与反馈寻求行为关系的具体作用机理相关探讨仍较缺乏,有待进一步丰富和深化。 有鉴于此,本文探求何种领导风格能促进员工的反馈寻求行为。变革型领导以其对员工的激励而备受关注。本研究认为,变革型领导能...With the development of society and economy, the emergence of knowledge workers, the diversification of labor, the organization of virtualization, the work of the remote, the importance of employee feedback-seeking behavior become increasingly prominent.
