Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Nanoparticle-Mediated Tumor Photothermal Therapy

Abstract

光热治疗(PhotothermalTherapy,PTT)是一种新型的临床前肿瘤治疗手段。它使用一些纳米材料作为光热剂,在外部近红外光照射下将光能转化为热能,进而引起组织特异性热消融,以达到肿瘤治疗的目的。与传统的手术、放疗、化疗等治疗手段相比,光热治疗具有微创、副作用小、高度特异性、可重复治疗等优点。一次成功的光热治疗须至少满足以下条件:(1)能够将纳米光热剂靶向递送至肿瘤部位,在近红外激光的照射下能够产生足够的热剂量杀死肿瘤细胞,同时不会损伤到周围正常组织;(2)在光热治疗过程中能够对肿瘤组织的温度分布进行非侵入性实时监测,确保治疗的安全性和有效性;(3)对肿瘤早期治疗反应和疗效进行评估,...Photothermal therapy (PTT) has emerged as an important treatment modality.
