Abstract

癌症是威胁人类健康的因素之一,临床研究控制和治疗癌症最有效的方式是实现早期的诊断和治疗。精准医学的发展就是早期诊断和实现个体化治疗,即在正确的时间给病人提供正确的治疗。个体化医学正逐步成为生物医学研究领域的热点,极大地推动临床合理用药和新药研发并有可能成为临床医学实践的典范。而如何设计、制备肿瘤靶向性的诊疗一体化技术是实现个体化医学的关键技术之一。基于传统医学影像技术与分子生物学多学科技术交叉融合产生的分子成像技术,使基本的病理生理学过程中关键分子事件实现可视化,从而实现在分子水平上无创实时观察肿瘤细胞的发生、发展与转移,有利于活体内肿瘤活动规律的掌握,使肿瘤的早期诊断与治疗成为可能。此外,纳...Cancer is one of the threats to human health.
