Study on Performance of Dye-sensitized Solar Cells Based on Nitrogen-doped Carbon Counter Electrode

Abstract

染料敏化太阳能电池(Dye-sensitizedsolarcells,DSSCs)以其低廉的价格成本、简单的制备工艺、高效的光电转化效率以及环保友好等优点备受研究者们的青睐。对电极作为染料敏化太阳能电池的重要组成部分之一,在电池中主要起着收集和运输电子、催化还原电解质中的I3-离子以及反射透射的太阳光的作用。由于金属Pt具有优良的催化性能和导电率,使其成为了理想的传统对电极材料,但是由于其价格昂贵、来源稀少等缺点,极大地限制了染料敏化太阳能电池在实际生活中的推广与应用。因此,探索一种价格低廉、高效率的对电极材料来替代传统昂贵的Pt对电极已经是迫在眉睫。本论文主要以碳材料作为对电极的载体,通过掺...Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have attracted many researchers due to low cost、simpleness of preparation、high energy conversion efficiency and environmental friendliness.
