Cognitive Attitude Towards Campus Emergency Notification Services -Based on Situational Theory of Publics

Abstract

当高校发生紧急情况时,校园紧急通知能否及时为学校成员提供宝贵的救生信息和一致、有效的沟通以引导学校成员应对紧急情况是至关重要的,但将高校校园紧急通知作为一种危机沟通的形式进行评估时,有必要了解校园紧急通知服务的认知情况。鉴于此,本研究根据公众情境理论,设计问卷《高校校园紧急通知服务的认知态度调查》进行调查,以此获得调研资料,为相关分析提供数据测量。具体而言,以总体情况和性别、角色、在校年限等不同背景受访者为切入点,采用实证研究方法来分析我校在校师生对校园紧急通知服务的问题认知、受限认知及涉入程度,情境公众类型分布如何,信息接收渠道、信息处理和满意度、信任度。研究结果说明受访者对校园紧急通知服务...In case of any campus emergencies, an emergency notification should be issued to provide faculties and students immediately with valuable lifesaving information and guarantee consistent and effective communication between them, since it is essential to ensure all of them can deal with such emergency properly.
