Abstract

摘要 近百年来,现代管理不断发展,从上个世纪开始,西方现代管理理论中开始推出和普及绩效管理,它源于企业并实践于企业,取得了良好的效果,并在企业界得到大量的推广。上世纪八十年代开始,西方国家政府提出改革传统管理模式,以提高政府行政效率、行政质量及行政效能,所以,引入了企业的绩效管理模式,在社会上取得良好的反响。随后,我国的外资企业、国营单位及政府等组织,也陆续引入了绩效管理。绩效评估是绩效管理的其中一个环节,其实施的状况如何,对整体绩效管理有着关至关重要的影响,甚至于可以说,绩效评估失败也意味着一个组织的绩效管理失败,绩效管理失败意味着人力资源管理失败,人力资源管理失败,意味着政府管理或企业经...Abstract For the past one hundred years, the modern management has been constantly developed.
