Abstract

磷是自然界中生物生长所需要的最重要的生源要素之一,通常以+5价磷酸盐形式存在于水体中。水体中磷含量过低会限制生物生长,而含量过高则会使水体富营养化。在地质时间尺度上,磷被认为是海洋初级生产力的最终限制营养盐。作为一种非保守元素,运用磷浓度对磷循环示踪具有一定的局限性。 磷只有31P一种稳定同位素,因此无法用磷的稳定同位素比值对磷循环进行研究。在生物参与下,磷酸盐才会和周围水体发生氧同位素交换,如果系统中的磷需求相对于磷的输入较少且磷循环不完全,则磷酸盐氧同位素(δ18OP)便会反映出磷源的同位素组成信息,从而达到示踪水体中的磷源以及磷循环过程。天然水体中δ18OP的研究还不是很多,本次通过对...Phosphorus(P) is one of the most important biogenic elements needed for the growth of organisms and a ultimate limiting nutrient for system productivity over long timescale in nature.
