Abstract
在能源背景下,基于光能存储与转换的发光材料已经成为研究的热点之一。本论文以清洁、可持续的光能为背景,在稀土掺杂的无机材料以及量子点发光材料两个体系中开展光能存储和波长转换发光材料两个方面的研究。具体而言,光能存储材料中主要研究长余辉发光材料,光转换材料主要以提高硅基太阳能电池效率为目标,开展稀土光转换材料和量子点长波长转换材料的合成、设计和机理研究。主要研究内容如下: 1.蓄能长余辉材料的研究方面,针对目前经典绿色长余辉材料发光强但不稳定的问题,以开发新的长余辉材料体系为目标,在CaSc2O4基质中用三步设计方法,成功实现了CaSc2O4:0.01Ce3+材料体系增强的余辉性能。首先,选择富...*学位:博士后院系专业:材料学院_材料物理与化学学号:201419001
