Fabrication of Alumina-based Aerogels

Abstract

伴随着高超音速航天飞行器、热电池以及工业窑炉等的迅猛发展,对隔热保温的要求越来越高,目前使用广泛的氧化硅气凝胶隔热保温材料已经无法满足应用要求,因此迫切需求一种更耐高温、轻质高效的隔热保温材料。 以仲丁醇铝(ASB)为前驱体,水(H2O)为反应物,乙醇(EtOH)为溶剂,乙酰乙酸乙酯(Etac)为螯合剂,冰醋酸(Hac)为催化剂,通过分步水解和螯合剂的双重作用有效地控制仲丁醇铝的溶胶-凝胶过程,最后经乙醇超临界干燥制得氧化铝气凝胶。实验研究了水、乙醇、和乙酰乙酸乙酯等工艺参数对制备氧化铝气凝胶的影响,最后得到最优物料配比n(ASB):n(H2O):n(EtOH):n(Etac):n(Hac)...With the development of the new ultra-high speed aircraft, military thermal batteries, industrial furnaces and so on, higher and higher requirements have been put for heat-insulation materials.
