Preparation and Characterization of Functional Coating Materials on Glass Surface

Abstract

汽车玻璃,做为汽车的主要安全构件,既要求安全性,又要求多功能化和总成化。近年,汽车玻璃主要功能化方向有:隔热、防雾、憎水、抬头显示等。其中,隔热功能化可分为:热吸收和热反射两种方式。由于被吸收的光存在提高屏蔽物温度和二次辐射的作用,形成一个新的热源,目前热反射材料逐渐成为隔热功能化材料研究的热点。另外,防雾功能化方面,汽车前档玻璃可利用空调、后档玻璃可利用电加热进行防雾,但边窗玻璃的防雾,目前尚未解决,吸水防雾材料是防雾功能化材料研究的热点。本文,针对汽车玻璃表面功能性涂层材料为应用背景,研究两种材料的制备及表征;①应用于隔热功能化的近红外高反射纳米粉体;②应用于防雾功能化的吸水防雾微米膜层。...As a keysafety component, vehicle glass is required to be multi-functional as well as safety-ensuring.
