Abstract

摘要 我国的实体百货行业在经历了快速发展和电子商务浪潮的冲击后,进入了低谷期,传统百货的商业模式亟待创新。大量传统零售百货企业引入了O2O模式,搭建了网络平台用于辅助或加强传统销售。对比线上、线下零售产业的现状和困境,引入实体零售百货O2O的商业模式,及实体零售百货O2O平台。平台针对整个零售行业,力求整合商业生态圈资源,为用户提供更多的资讯,为线下商业带来更多的客流,让线上线下互动起来。 以系统性的创新思维方式,运用文献分析法和归纳演绎法法分析实体零售百货O2O平台及平台的需求分析和平台的商务模式分析。再通过案例分析法对腾讯、百度、万达联合开发的飞凡电商平台进行案例研究。采用数据分析的方...Abstract After a period of rapid development and great challenges from e-commerce, retail industry in our country has fallen into the trough.
