Abstract
目的分析决明子、丹参、苦丁茶、绞股蓝不同组分配伍的降血脂价值。方法选择本院2014年8月~2015年8月收治的原发性高血脂症患者30例,随机分为A组、B组和C组,各10例,A组患者采用辛伐他汀治疗,B组患者采用决明子、丹参、苦丁茶提取物治疗,C组患者采用决明子、丹参、绞股蓝提取物治疗,治疗4周,分别于治疗前、治疗后观察三组患者的血脂情况。结果治疗前,三组患者各项血脂指标差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后,B组与C组患者TC、TG、LDC-C均低于A组,HDL-C高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);B组与C组见血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但B组患者血脂水平优于C组。结论决明子、丹参、苦丁茶、绞股蓝不同组分配伍治疗原发性高脂血症患者时,均具有良好的降血脂效果,但决明子、丹参与苦丁茶的配伍降血脂效果更为明显,具有较高的应用价值
