Improvement of β-NiOOH and LiNiO_2 cathode materials doped with Co

Abstract

采用掺杂Co的b-Ni(OH)2为前驱体,以K2S2O8为氧化剂,制备出b-羟基氧化镍钴;再用b-羟基氧化镍钴为前驱体,和Li OH·H2O在空气中进行固相烧结得到Li Ni0.9Co0.1O2。用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)、循环伏安法(CV)和充放电测试分别对b-羟基氧化镍钴和Li Ni0.9Co0.1O2两种正极材料进行了结构表征和电化学性能测试。Firstly, the Co-doped b-Ni OOH was synthesized by using Co-doped b-Ni(OH)2as precursor, K2S2O8 as oxidizer. Then b-Ni0.9Co0.1OOH was used as precursor, and Li OH·H2O solid-phase was sintered in the air to get Li Ni0.9Co0.1O2. The crystal structure and electrochemical performance of the two cathode materials were analyzed by XRD, SEM, CV and discharge testing
