Abstract

2015年10月24日,国务院发布《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》,对高校图书馆学科知识服务提出了新的挑战。深度挖掘营销客体的内涵和需求,重新布局营销主体实现效益最大化,升级和更新知识服务产品,以及充分利用新媒体快速传递增值内容是学科知识服务营销的四大策略。其中,学科馆员的知识服务能力是学科知识服务的瓶颈,应给予足够重视和精心培养。The Overall plan to promote The World First-Rate Universities and First-Rate Disciplines is a new challenge to subject knowledge services in academic universities. The four marketing strategies for subject knowledge services proposed are= to mine deeply the connotation and need of marketing objects, to rearrange the layout of marketing body, to upgrade and renovate the knowledge service products, and to take full advantage of new media for value-added contents' quick delivery. Above all, the knowledge service capability of subject librarians is bottle neck for subject knowledge services and should be paid attention to and cultivated carefully
