Abstract

当前,高等教育的转型发展面临机遇与挑战。高等教育转型发展可以从以下三个方面探索:一是体制机制转变,可以借鉴德国建立应用型科技大学的案例。需要从投资体制、招生体制,职称、奖励、话语平台等机制的转变上下功夫;二是课程与教学的转变,应用型创新人才通过应用型专业培养,应用型专业由专业课程体系构成,课程体系中的专业链要与产业链对应;三是专业教师队伍建设,要有计划性、针对性地培养和发展双师型(双能型)专业课程教师队伍。Currently, the transformation development of higher education faces challenges.
