科举学观照下的高校侨生招考改革探析

Abstract
古代科举考试延续一千多年,以选拔修齐治平的治术人才为主要目的,坚持能力本位原则,采取公平择优、平等竞争、成绩面前人人平等的选才方式,在当时具有远超封建时代的合理性。科举学着重探索规模性选拔考试的产生、演化及一般规律等,直接观照考试现实,对高校侨生招考改革有着重要的理论与实践价值。当前,我国侨生招考存在考试功能异化、考试内容教材化、推荐免试考评标准不明确等问题,一定程度地影响了招考甄选人才功能的实现。因此,从科举学的相关研究成果中借鉴经验,可以为侨生招考改革提供依据,以助推建立公平公正的招生录取选拔机制。本文为泉州市2016年度社会科学规划重点项目“优秀传统文化自觉与自信:青少年价值引导的范式转换”(项目编号:2016C15)的阶段性成果
