An Advanced Parametric Modeling Based on Feature

Abstract

针对工程中复杂而完美的倒角、线角建模常常需要巨大的时间代价,本文提出了一种基于特征与参数化相结合的高效建模技术.通过给出封闭多义线的定义及其参数化的特征描述,实现了倒角截面特征的参数化定义和自动生成;结合ACIS实体的边界表述法,实现了放样路径及其相邻边的自动选取,智能地定义用户坐标系;利用面向对象方法,结合Ob-jectARX二次开发编程,系统地提出针对倒角、线角的高效建模算法,并在建模软件开发中进行应用,极大地提高了建模的效率.The modeling process of fillet and architrave is complex and time-consuming.In this paper,a new efficient modeling algorithm is proposed following the architectural principle of polyline.A definition and auto-generation of the fillet section are obtained through a definition of closed polyline and a parameterized description of its properties.With the B-rep of ACIS,the UCS of section is obtained intelligently by automatically selecting loft paths and adjacent edges.Our experiments with OOP and ObjectARX indicate that the proposed approach can efficiently improve the performance of the modeling process.福建省自然科学基金(Z0511006)资
