采用微生物比浊法检定抗生素G-418的效价。在本实验的浓度范围内(3.76μg/ml~8.77μg/ml),标准曲线线性方程为Y=-0.9184X+0.9917,回归方程为Y=-0.9215X+0.9927,r=-1.0002,其浓度与吸收度的线性关系良好,标准曲线成立。样品检测可靠性测验,回归显著(P<0.05),S、T为平行直线,实验结果可靠。采用微生物比浊法测定G-418的效价,具有耗时短,灵敏度高,操作简便,不需要特殊设备,且人为影响因素少等诸多特点,值得推广应用。A microbial turbidimetry was used to determine the potency of antibiotic G-418.The calibration curve was inear in the range of 3.76U/ml~8.77U/ml, while the calibration curve linear equation is Y= -0.9184X+0.9917 and the regression equation is Y=-0.9215X+0.9927,r=-1.0002. The reliability of the method was discussed as well. The result is reliable with significant regression (P<0.05) and S and T parallel lines.
