民办高校教师的专业发展在现阶段民办高校进一步走内涵发展、质量提升的可持续发展道路中有很大的影响,具有重要性。因此本文以各民办高校为系统,用校本化、问题与诊断的研究方法探讨现阶段民办高校的教师走向专业成熟的方法与举措,并最终提出"学习型的学校",以期对民办高校的决策者在实践操作中以借鉴意义
