铅酸电池是目前全世界产量最大,使用范围最广的蓄电池。密封式铅酸电池充电时产生的H2和O2如不能得到复合则会降低电池的使用寿命。催化器可以有效促使H2和O2复合重新生成H2O,但有关铅酸电池催化器公开研究报道却很少。进行了Pt/C催化器的制备和性能测试。结果表明使用Pt/C催化器的铅酸电池在充电终止时的电池内压只为未使用催化器电池的1/7,而且在电池充完电搁置时可完全消除内压,能提高密封式铅酸电池充放电循环使用寿命50%。Lead-acid battery is the largest output and widest use among all kinds of batteries in the world. The life of sealed lead-acid battery will decrease if the H2 and O2 cannot recombine during charge process. Catalytic plug is effective to recombine H2 and O2 to H2O. But, its open report is scarce. Herein, the preparation and performance test of Pt/C catalytic plug were carried out. The results reveal that the gas pressure in the sealed lead-acid battery with Pt/C catalytic plug is only 1/7 of the gas pressure in the battery without catalytic plug at the end of charge. Moreover, the gas pressure in the sealed lead-acid battery with Pt/C catalytic plug can be completely eliminated after charged. The charge-discharge cycle life of lead-acid battery also can be improved more than 50% if Pt/C catalytic plug is used.厦门市重点技术创新项
