Synthesis and Thermoanalysis of Comb-Polystyrene Epoxy-Ether Polyurethane

Abstract

以环己烷为溶剂,浓硫酸和丙酸酐为磺化剂,采用非均相磺化方法,在少量分散剂作用下,制备了不同磺化度的磺化聚苯乙烯(SsPSH);再以SsPSH和环氧树脂经加成、取代合成了梳型聚苯乙烯环氧苯醚,最后加入固化剂制得聚苯乙烯环氧醚聚氨酯。反应的最佳原料配比为:n(SsPSH)∶n(EP)∶n(固化剂)∶n(催化剂)=1.0∶1.0∶0.33∶0.012,各过程产品经FT-IR、TG、DTG、DTA、DSC、DMA检测,结果表明目标产品韧性好、强度高、耐热性好。A sulfonated polystyrene(SsPSH) was prepared in cyclohexane with propionic anhydride and sulfuric acid by a novel solid-liquid heterogeneous phase sulphonation process.Then a kind of comb-polystyrene epoxyether was attained by the addition and substitution between epoxy resin and sulfonated polystyrene.Eventually,curing agents were added to get polystyrene epoxy-ether polyurethane.The optimized process conditions are n(SsPSH)∶n(EP)∶n(solid-liquid)∶n(catalyst)=1.0∶1.0∶0.33∶0.012.All reaction products were characterized by FT-IR,TG,DTA,DTG,DSC,DMA.Experimental results show that the target film has good tenacity,tensil strength and high thermostability.福建省经贸厅重点项目资助,闽产学研[2001-01
