Applications of Organically Modified Silicate Films for Stable Optical Fibre pH Sensor With Sol-Gel Film

Abstract

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备基于染料吸收原理的光纤化学pH传感膜.通过有机掺杂,获得了对溶液pH具有宽范围动态响应的敏感膜.将四乙氧基硅烷和有机硅单体水解后加入pH指示剂,铺成溶胶-凝胶薄膜.该pH传感器的pH感应范围可达到pH3~11,响应速度3min,一个月稳定性在RSD<18%.New methodology and technology of sol-gel has been successfully applied in pH sensor film preparation. The pH response range and the sensitive can be elevated by using the organic mixed silicate film. The effect of sample’s pH in the range of pH3~11,response rate at 3 min,the stability of one month is RSD<18%。With the research ,the application range of the sensor was extended, which made the sensor keep a good veracity when it was used in situ.国家“八六三”高技术计划海洋领域定型项目资助(200402
