详细介绍信息融合熵理论在机械故障诊断中的应用,为复杂的机械故障诊断提供一种新的方法.利用信息论熵的相关理论和D-S证据理论,分别研究机械特征参数提取和机械故障诊断的信息融合问题.用机械健康度定量度量机械状态的优劣,给出机械特征参数提取和机械故障诊断时信息融合的计算方法.最后,以柴油机的故障诊断为例,论述实际故障诊断应用中该方法的具体实施过程,并将该诊断方法与传统的故障诊断方法进行比较,分析该诊断方法的特点.研究结果表明基于信息融合熵的机械故障诊断方法具有良好的容错性和稳定性,能够提高机械故障诊断的准确性和可靠性.An application of information fusion in mechanical failure diagnosis was detailed in this paper.A new method for complicated mechanical fault diagnosis was put forward.Based on the entropy theory and Dempster-Shafer evidential theory,the problems of information fusion in mechanical characteristic parameter and mechanical failure diagnosis ware studied.The arithmetic of mechanical health degree was proposed in this paper.We used the mechanical health degree to compute the information fusion entropy value of mechanical characteristic parameter and mechanical failure diagnosis.With an example of diesel engine's fault diagnosis,the implementation procedure of this fault diagnosis was described.Then,we compared this diagnosis method with the others.The diagnosis result indicates that this method has the stability and ability of fault diagnosis and has been more effective than traditional methods
