STUDIES ON THE SYNTHESES AND PROPERTIES OF SNAKE-CAGE TYPE CHELATING RESINS I System of Carboxyl Methyl-cellulose/B-62/Trietheneyltetramine

Abstract

以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、甘油环氧树脂(B-62)及三乙烯四胺(TETA)为基本原料,经脱水交 联合成了一种以 CMC为蛇/TETA交联B-62树脂为笼的新型弱酸弱碱型蛇笼树脂.研究了该树 脂在不同溶剂中的溶胀性能及对CU2+、Ni2+、Pb2+的吸附量、吸附动力学、等温吸附过程等静态 吸附性能.同时研究了pH值等因素对吸附性能的影响.实验结果表明,该树脂在所有溶剂中只 溶胀而不流失;其对上述三种金属离子的吸附量可分别达到1.02mmol/g树脂、0.41mmol/g树脂 和 0.97mmol/g 树脂;其 Cu2+/Ni2+和 Pb2+/ Ni2+分离系数可分别达 2.49和 2.37.该类树脂可用于 含重金属离子污水的处理和金属离子的分离等方面.Through a process of dehydration and cosslinking, a novel chelating type snake-cage resin, which belongs to weak acid weak base type resin, were prepared by using carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as snake and B-62 epoxy resin crosslinked by trietheneyltetramine (TETA) as cage resin. The swelling properties in different solvents and such static adsorption properties of this resin for Cu~2+, Ni~2+, and Ph~2+ as adsorption capacities, adsorption kinetic, and adsorption isotherm etc. were studied. The effects of pH value on the adsorption capacities were also investigated. The experimental results showed that this resin only swelled and not run off in all organic and inorganic solvents; its adsorption capacities for the above mentioned metal ions were 2.49, 0.41, and 0.97 mmol.g-1 resin respectively. This resin will widely use in the sides of dealing with industrial sewage containing heavy metal ions and separating metal ions.山东省自然科学基金;; 烟台师范学院青年基
