以海洋微型藻类为研究材料 ,探索和建立了适用于自然水样中低浓度微型藻类遗传多样性研究的分子生物学方法 ,为进一步开展海洋微型藻类多样性研究提供了新的分析手段。并在此基础上 ,对厦门西海域真核藻部分种群的结构特点进行了初步分析。The molecular biological methods for studying the genetic diversity of microalgae at low concentration in the natural waters were developed and discussed in the paper, which provided new analysis methods for the further research.
