A Comparison of Different Fitting Methods for Non-pigment Absorption Spectra

Abstract

有色溶解有机物质(CDOM)与非色素颗粒物质的吸收皆有随波长增高而类指数函数递减的特征,二者统称非色素物质吸收,其光谱斜率S是海洋水色遥感半分析算法中的一个重要参数.本文基于现场实测数据,比较3种获取该参数的拟合方法,结果表明,增加背景参数K的非线性方法能够有效校正长波段散射的影响,与利用自然对数-线性方法以及一般非线性方法(不含背景参数K)比较,R2的标准偏差(SD)小,受水体类型的影响小.这一结果对于半分析算法的发展具有应用价值.The absorption of Color Dissolved Organic Matter(CDOM) and non-pigment particulate matter are usually integrated as non-pigment matter absorption because they both decrease approximately exponentially in UV-Visible range.The absorption spectra slope(S) of non-pigment matter is a key parameter for ocean color semi-analytical algorithm development.Three fitting methods for non-pigment absorption to derive S are compared in this paper,which are a linear method and a non-linear method both with null correction at 700 nm,as well as another non-linear method with a background parameter K.It is found that the non-linear method with K has the best fitting results with the lowest SD of R~2 and small residual in the whole spectra range(350~650 nm) for different waters.863青年基金(2002AA639540);; 国家自然科学基金(40376031);; 国家自然科学基金重点项目(40331004)资
