入世生存能力悖论的成因与对策——以家电制造业为例

Abstract
理论上,强化市场竞争机制可以提高我国企业入世后的竞争生存能力。但在实际中,我国市场竞争最充分的家电制造业企业却出现了企业在赢得市场份额的同时又陷入亏损困境的“入世生存能力悖论”现象。本文认为,问题的实质在于企业技术创新的空间受到多重挤压,由此提出的创新空间多重受压模型整合了经营目标、收入预期、经营战略、政府保护、企业资源和技术能力等重要因素,对悖论的形成作了推理建模。并在此基础上提供了以整顿运营、构建愿景、强化研发和有序创新为主要内容的拓展创新空间和摆脱经营困境的解决方案
