DOE(Design of Experiment)试验设计作为6σ的一种典型质量分析工具,广泛应用于产品设计开发或工程管理等领域,本文采用Minitab统计工具,具体阐述对一个机芯问题的的DOE试验设计过程,通过试验,结果表明DOE实施在项目运作中具有较为广泛的代表性,具有较好的实践借鉴意义。As a typical quality analysis tool of 6σ,design of experiment(DOE) is comprehensively applied to the field of product research&development or engineer management. In this paper, a DOE process of hybrid problem is presented in detail by minitab software. The experiment result shows that it has comprehensive representativeness and practical significance of DOE implementation in project operation
