Ergonomija je veda, ki združuje mnoge panoge znanosti. Vedno bolj je cenjena kot znanstvena veda in njen pomen bo v vsaki proizvodnji imel vedno večji vpliv. V proizvodnji je zelo pomembno v najkrajšem možnem roku doseči zastavljene cilje, zato je treba ves čas slediti novostim ter uvajati nove metode dela, ob tem se zgodi, da se ne pomisli, kako bodo nove metode vplivale na človekovo počutje in njegovo delo. Pri tem si lahko pomagamo z oceno ergonomije. Ocena nam pove kakšno je dejansko stanje na delovnem mestu in kaj je potrebno storiti, da se izognemo izgubi delovne moči. Dandanes je delovnih mest v proizvodnji veliko, vendar se dela med seboj ne razlikujejo bistveno. V diplomski nalogi je 3D shema, s pomočjo katere sta opisani dve različni delovni mesti in ocenjeni po postopku RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) obrazcu. Kot zaključek podam mnenje glede ocene ter preproste rešitve za izboljšanje delovnega mesta. Namen dela je, pokazati učinkovito uporabo ergonomije v praksi.Ergonomics is a discipline that brings together many branches of science. It is becoming more and more valued as a scientific discipline and its importance will have an increasing influence in every production. In every industry it is important to achieve the set goals and to do that they do it through new methods of work. Sometimes it happens that no thought is given to how new methods will affect human well-being and on his work. Ergonomics helps us with this problem. The assessment tells us what the actual situation is at the workplace and what needs to be done to avoid losing workforce. There are many manufacturing jobs these days, but the jobs are very look alike. In my thesis, I will describe two different jobs using the 3D scheme, evaluate them by using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) process, and give my opinion on the assessment, as well as simple solutions for improving the workplace. My intention is to demonstrate the effective use of ergonomics in practice
