精确测定国家铂族元素岩石标样gpt3gpt4的铂族元素和铼锇同位素组成

首次报道了利用同位素稀释-电感耦合等离子质谱法(ID-ICP-MS)和负离子热电离质谱法(N-TIMS)测定国家铂族元素标准样品GPt-3和GPt-4的铂族元素(PGE)含量和Re-Os同位素组成的综合数据。采用已建立的卡洛斯管(Carius)溶样-四氯化碳(CCl_4)溶剂萃取Os-阳离子和“钽试剂"(BPHA)交换树脂分离PGE和Re的方法。对GPt-3和GPt-4进行重复测定,得到~(187)Os/~(188)Os的高精度比值:0.1230 ± 0.0009、0.1793 ± 0.0010 (SD,n=4)。在0.5~1.5 g的取样量,GPt-4的Re和Os含量结果重现性较好,具有作为橄榄岩样品的Re-Os同位素监控标样的潜力;而GPt-3的Re和Os含量变化较大,不适合作为Re-Os同位素监测标样。GPt-3和GPt-4的PGE和Re含量的外部精度(RSD)变化范围在4%~23%之间,GPt-3与推荐值和文献值在误差范围内一致,而GPt-4的Ru、Ir和Pd含量偏高,可能是赋存矿物分布不均导致。全流程空白在0.39~20 pg,远低于火试金法空白水平
