We introduce and study the category of modular (i.e. with coefficient of
positive characteristic) monodromic perverse sheaves on complex stratified
$T$-varieties, with $T$ a complex algebraic torus. In particular, we show that
under appropriate assumptions this category has a natural highest weight
structure

La catégorie P(G/B) des faisceaux pervers sur la variété drapeau G/B d'un groupe algébrique réductif complexe G est connue pour jouer un rôle très important en théorie des représentations. R. Bezrukavnikov et S. Riche ont obtenu en 2018 une description complètement générale de cette catégorie comme sous-catégorie pleine explicitement déterminée dans une catégorie de modules sur un anneau explicitement déterminé (une description "à la Soergel" : leurs arguments donnent une version géométrique des résultats obtenus à la fin des années 90 par Soergel dans son étude du bloc principal de la catégorie O de Bernstein--Gelfand--Gelfand d'une algèbre de Lie semisimple complexe). Afin d'établir leurs résultats, ils utilisent de manière cruciale une construction due à Verdier, appelée action de monodromie. Cette action de monodromie donne une caractérisation de la catégorie perverse comme une catégorie de faisceaux pervers sur l'espace affine basique G/U. En tordant cette action de monodromie, on obtient alors une nouveau famille de catégories, qui peuvent être vues comme des déformations de P(G/B) le long d'un paramètre variant dans un tore algébrique. Une ces déformations proprement définies (les catégories de "faisceaux pervers monodromiques"), on peut se demander si elles partagent certaines des propriétés connues de la catégorie P(G/B) elle-même. En suivant des travaux de Bezrukavnikov--Yun, Bezrukavnikov--Riche et Lusztig--Yun, nous donnons une étude approfondie de ces catégories. Finalement, nous sommes capables de montrer que :1) la catégorie monodromique admet une structure naturelle du plus haut poids.2) la catégorie monodromique se divise en une somme directe de "sous-catégories blocs".3) pour tout bloc, nous obtenons une version monodromique de la dualité géométrique de Ringel reliant les sous-catégories des objets basculants et projectifs, et nous obtenons une description à la Sorgel de ces catégories, comme sous-catégories pleines explicites dans des catégories de modules sur un anneau explicitement déterminé4) il existe une équivalence de catégories entre le bloc neutre dans la catégorie des faisceaux pervers monodromiques neutres par blocs et la catégorie des faisceaux pervers sur la variété drapeau d'un groupe algébrique complexe approprié (un groupe "endoscopique").The category P(G/B) of perverse sheaves on the flag variety G/B of a complex G reductive algebraic group is known to play a very important role in representation theory. R. Bezrukavnikov and S. Riche obtained in 2018 a completely general description of this category as an explicitly determined full subcategory in a category of modules over an explicitly determined ring (a “Soergel description”, as their arguments gives a geometric version of results obtained in the late 90’s by Soergel in his study of the principal bloc of the BGG category O of a semisimple complex Lie algebra). In order to establish their results, they crucially use a construction due to Verdier, called monodromy. This monodromy action gives a characterization of the perverse category as a category of perverse sheaves on the basic affine space G/U. Twisting this monodromy action, one then obtains a whole new bunch of categories, which can be viewed as deformation of P(G/B) along a parameter varying in an algebraic torus. Once we have these deformations (the categories of “monodromic perverse sheaves”) at hand, one may wonder if they share some of the known properties of the category P(G/B) itself. Following previous works of Bezrukavnikov--Yun, Bezrukavnikov--Riche and Lusztig--Yun, we give an extensive study of these categories. Eventually, we are able to show: 1) the monodromic category admits a natural highest weight structure2) the monodromic category splits as a direct sum of “bloc subcategories”3) for any bloc, we obtain a monodromic version of geometric Ringel duality relating subcategories of tilting and projective objects, and we obtain a Sorgel type description of these categories, as explicit full subcategories in categories of modules over an explicitly determined ring4) there exists an equivalence of categories between the neutral block monodromic perverse subcategory and the category of perverse sheaves on  the flag variety of an appropriate (“endoscopic”) complex algebraic group
