The classification of projects, programs and brief-cases of projects on the signs of project activity is carried out. The conceptual hierarchy of the project system is marked. The reasonconsequence connections between the structure of product, parameters of project (program, briefcase) and the organizationally-technical system parameters are brought. The structure of operating activity and operating management, and also connections between them and project management isexposed.
