We are also very pleased to see that the articles from the first two issues have been downloaded over 3000 times in 79 countries across the world! We look forward to our continued success in showcasing the best work of our undergraduate students across the Commonwealth of Kentucky.The third issue of KJUS highlights the work being done in Kentucky’s post-secondary institutions. The broad spectrum of topics shows the diversity of research questions our students ask. Many of the articles in this issue seek to answer questions about underserved or underrepresented populations in a variety of domains.  Christian Hensley asked about the consequences of having a female serving as the head coach of male sports. Lakyn Jolly and Kacey Lefevers both investigated the barriers to healthcare for rural Americans, whereas Hannah Vance identified the barriers for LGBTQ+ individuals. Jessica Ritzmann asked if Deaf individuals have bicultural identities and how that might relate to their self-esteem, while Emory Bell outlined the educational disparities for them. Marisa Sparbanie proposes a solution to lack of mental health services by incorporating education in the schools.Other articles focus on how to create better economic conditions. Justin Morgan examined how workplace stress is tied to the supportiveness of one’s supervisors as well as how functional the technology is. Callie McMullin identified ways in which beer tourism in Kentucky flourishes. There are many people who have helped to make this journal a success. I would like to acknowledge my Graduate Assistant, Kimberley Kavanaugh, who has dedicated many years to help me with this journal, with coordination of research events across the state, and as a research student and assistant long ago! I wish her well as she moves into her career as a psychotherapist. Courtnie Morin stepped in rapidly and effectively as the copyeditor of this issue. I can’t thank her enough for her willingness to tackle so much work in such a short amount of time. She is a professional both in her abilities and her character.Laura Edwards served as the consultant and contact throughout the process. I would like to thank the associate editors and reviewers for volunteering their time to evaluate the rigor and validity of each submission. Finally, I would like to thank the students and their mentors for continuing to provide us with high quality work that continues to amaze me.
