It is shown how a chronic illness, such as a  peoples  lives in diverse ways . The painting on the cover represents this theme; it is a painting of a body, called True Colors- Live Your True Colors. The painting is consists of multiple layers and materials (paint, cement, clay). In this way, it symbolises the complexity of living with a chronic illness; it is not simply . Living with a chronic disease such as a neuromuscular disease is far more complex; it affects ones relationships, ones identity and body perception, ones future perspective, ones health care needs and many more aspects. All these aspects together forms a person and influences their experiences.
