The Board was informed by counsel for Appellee that counsel for Appellee had been contacted by Appellant on March 12, 1990, and that Appellant indicated his intention to voluntarily withdraw his appeal in the above-captioned case. Further, this cause came for hearing on March 13, 1990, and the Board had not, as yet, received Appellant's request for with-drawal of his appeal. Counsel for Appellee, therefore, made an oral motion to withdraw the appeal.
