Abstract

The importance of the municipality is mainly that the basic structure of the territory, allowing different the implementation of different policies which generate the full development of its inhabitants. That`s why The creation of new municipalities responds to the need of raising the level of the occupancy section through the quick attention to their needs, making efficient use of financial resources available in priority items of housing, education , health and economic development.La importancia del municipio reside en que este es la estructura básica del territorio, permitiendo la implementación de distintas políticas que generen el desarrollo pleno de sus habitantes, así la creación de nuevos municipios responde a la necesidad de elevar el nivel de habitabilidad de la población mediante la atención oportuna de sus necesidades, haciendo un uso eficiente de los recursos financieros disponibles en rubros prioritarios de vivienda, educación, salud y desarrollo económico
