stimulated new organizational forms. With the emergence of the Internet, a
totally new business. the electronic commerce(EC) is emerging.
Internet EC brings in many benefits to the organization such as reduced
costs, faster turnaround, better customer service, strategic advantage over their
competitors. and so forth.
